States Sue EPA

Forty percent of carbon dioxide emissions in the U.S. come from power plants. Ten states are taking the EPA to court to do something about it. LINK

It's ironic that the federal governments Environmental Protection Agency doesn't think there's enough scientific proof of global warming to warrant tighter regulation of fossil fuel burning nuke plants. They should take a peek at the Adirondacks shrinking forests and dying lakes before chucking another shovel full of coal into that Ohio nuke plant.
