Could this be a harbinger of things to come? The populous of a drought ravaged town in Australia have a tough decision on their hands, pump recycled sewage into their drinking reservoir or go thirsty.

They could pump it strait into the Victoria Bitter factory, it might actually improve it.

It's often nice to revisit a food or beverage that has delighted one's palate...but re-chugging one's effluviam...not something I aspire to.

I presume you support the scientific solution over the esthetics on this issue. If the alternatives are the abandonment of entire communities or embracing the consumption of a frothy cup of recycled Joe, I guess I'd vote for the "new" H2O too.
