Polar Ice Melt = Rising Tide

Scientists speculate that a 4 degree temperature rise in the next 100 to 150 years may result in melting ice caps that could raise sea level one to three feet, Medium Melt, and another, more dampening study, Big Melt, shows posssible rises of 20 feet or more, a prediction which would make my 4th floor apartment waterfront.
